This very morning our Parkgate office have have ‘saved’ a tenants day. The tenant in question was due to move into a property today, but at 9am this morning the LL came into the office stating he had changed his mind and was selling.
Before calling her with the bad news Parkgate arranged for her to view 3 other properties and have now managed to secure her a tancy with another Landlord at a reduced rent.
A great advert for our service here at Crucible Sales & Letting and a special mention for Dawn, Leah and Helen who have worked really hard to ensure this story had a happy ending.
