OWNERS COMMENTS When we purchased 177a we were the first owners and the developer hadn’t quite finished the property. This allowed us to improve the standard specification and tailor the property to our needs. We instantly fell in love with the amount of light which pours into the building from the glass front. Due to the South facing position the sunshine keeps the house warm and the heating bills low. Most importantly the main garden and decked area receives sunshine from mid morning until early evening, which is great for outside entertainment and catching a few rays. The rooms are all large which gives great flexibility, with bi-fold doors and a log burner in the living room feels cosy in the winter and open in the Summer. The Master Bedroom is huge giving ample space and great storage and on the back of last Summers heat wave we have installed air conditioning to keep the Summer nights cool.
